The Journal of Education, Social Sciences, and Human Development (JESSHD) publishes all accepted articles under an open access publishing model. Authors retain copyright to their work while granting the journal the right to publish and disseminate the article as the official version of record.

Authors retain the copyright of their published articles. Submission and acceptance of a manuscript imply that the authors grant JESSHD the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and make the article permanently available through its publishing platform and indexing services.

Unless otherwise stated, all articles published by JESSHD are intended to be distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license permits anyone to:
